You told your tale and mine that of millions down to the "beating" of the the eggs in your article Beating Eggs and you said all the right things - the dilemma of balancing the import (but not the fear) of food to your allergic child and the wunderkind properties of vinegar and baking soda.
But best of all...You - a food writer (for the New York Times!) foodie and all, made room for the less appetizing memories. The hives, the rashes, the baby boy southern belle lady faint and those moments of terror and revival.
